Returns/Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ronnie's Candles purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.

What We Accept

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Non-defective returns such as buyer's remorse will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Shipping

Shipping and label costs will be covered by Ronnie's Candles LLC for all returns initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us before sending any items back. Include your order number and reason for return and we will provide instructions and a return label if applicable.
