Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Orders over $75.00 ship free. May not combine with other promotions. We do our very best to be transparent and fair about shipping cost. We have no interest in inflating shipping cost at your expense. We will do our best to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible while using the most cost-effective shipping service that will deliver your package in a condition you would expect. We believe the best way to achieve this without you being overcharged for shipping is this: If we determine you overpaid more than $1.00 for shipping cost, we will simply issue a refund, back to the payment method used at checkout within 24 hours. This policy applies only to orders going to a single address within the contiguous United States. If we determine you underpaid in shipping, the difference is on us at Ronnie's Candles LLC. Most packages are handled and delivered by U.P.S. or U.S.P.S.
